The reserve’s main lodge houses a bar, a restaurant specialising in local cuisine and a luxury spa with an infinity pool – perfect for unwinding after an exciting day of game drives.

With an aim to restore, preserve and conserve, the Gyata Reserve has reintroduced Rhino and Lion to Ghana, as well as West African Giraffe. With further plans to house Patas Monkeys – a native species to that is commonly poached for Bush meat – the reserve prides itself on its conservation efforts and positive impact to Ghanaian wildlife. The reserve is also home to zebras, water buffalo, crocodiles and more, ensuring unforgettable safari trips that you will talk about for years to come. With an assigned guide, driver and jeep for each villa, you will be safe in the expert knowledge of our staff and will learn about all the species you can see at the reserve.
